Celebrating Brison
Friday 4th September 6pm
Wrest Point Casino - Hobart
This weekend is all about Brison! Our very own Brison has been nominated as a finalist for the Tasmanian Trainee Awards 2026, and IT Zen is heading to Hobart to celebrate this fantastic achievement and support him at the awards.
We've got a big weekend planned around the Gala, with an overnight stay, an Escape Room Race, and lunch at MONA. It's a chance for us to celebrate Brison's achievement together and make a weekend of it!
Event Highlights:
- 🏆 Tasmanian Trainee Awards Gala: Join us at Wrest Point Casino on Friday, September 4th from 6pm to 11pm to cheer on Brison as he represents IT Zen as a finalist. A three-course dinner is included, and the dress code is formal/black-tie.
- 🚗 Early Finish: IT Zen will be closing at 1pm on Friday to allow plenty of time to travel to Hobart, check in, and get ready for the Gala.
- 🏠 Overnight Stay: We'll be staying at 3 Sherwood Court, Lindisfarne, a large 5-bedroom house that can accommodate up to 16 people. View the Airbnb.
- 🚀 Space Race: On Saturday morning, we'll head to Evolo Room Escape at 103 Albert Rd, Moonah for the Space Race escape room. We'll split into two teams and race to escape, while being able to see each other and gloat!
- 💰 All Costs Covered: IT Zen will cover all event costs. Transport is the responsibility of each employee, and we recommend organising car pooling where possible.
Most importantly, this weekend is about celebrating Brison and his achievement. We're incredibly proud to have him representing IT Zen, and we can't wait to celebrate with him!
Good luck, Brison! 🏆🎉
